Job summary

Domino's of Carlsbad is seeking a capable Managerial Assistant to support the General Manager in daily store operations, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness to company standards.

You will supervise staff, participate in interviewing and onboarding, coordinate deliveries, and help train teams to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
