Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Hobbs, NM is seeking friendly, motivated people to support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a manager-in-training or assistant manager, you will help the General Manager run operating standards, supervise staff, and ensure smooth daily performance. Responsibilities include counting inventory, maintaining cleanliness, interviewing and onboarding new team members, rotating commissary deliveries, and handling routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
