• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and adherence to standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability

Communication Skills

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

Essential Functions & Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Work Conditions

• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside

Physical Requirements

• Standing most tasks are performed from a standing position
• Walking for short distances and durations
• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3'×1.5'
• Carrying large cans (≈3½ lbs) and occasionally pizza sauce (≈30 lbs)
• Push/pull trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
• Climbing stairs or ladder to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance
• Bending forward at the waist, knee flexion restricted, 30–45 seconds repeatedly
• Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching continuously up, down, and forward
• Eye‑hand coordination continuous, using both hands; shaping pizza dough with forearms and wrists
