Responsibilities

• Answer phone or assist carry‑out customers politely, with knowledge of the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image in accordance with company standards.
• Follow customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, and offer something extra.
• Pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order, regardless of topping amount.
• Never clear pizzas before they are ready to place in the oven.
• Drivers must keep $1 in coin change for every delivery.
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order—no exception.
• Never carry more than $20 on the clock, including personal money.
• Prohibit pocket knives or any weapons while on the job.
• Keep driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image.
• Drivers must not route early or check in early from delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands before making products.
• Use only proper procedures for product preparation.
• All drivers must complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
• Be responsible for all results in assigned stores.
