MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s Franchise in St. Louis, MO, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, cost control, train staff, ensure food safety, handle customer inquiries, and partner with the General Manager to achieve store goals while upholding company standards.

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management

• Assist in managing financial aspects of the store, including cash handling and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
