MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise in Saint Ann, MO, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead a team and drive operational excellence at the Saint Ann location.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage inventory and costs, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive work environment and promoting growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at our Saint Ann, United States location. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team while driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, optimizing store performance, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every time they interact with us.

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

• Solid math skills for inventory management, cost control, and basic financial analysis
• Budget management and financial acumen to support cost control initiatives
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills to address workplace challenges professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management (preferred)
• Experience with staff scheduling and workforce planning systems (preferred)
