About the Job
Domino's is seeking assistant managers to lead store teams and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires leadership, math, multitasking, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for managing shift operations, inventory, cash, team training, and maintaining store standards in a fun and flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, product quality, maintenance, customer relations, and service times.
- Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team.
- Navigate delivery areas, read maps, locate addresses, and drive in adverse weather conditions.
- Train team members, maintain appropriate staffing levels, manage inventory, control cash, and complete required reports.
- Complete additional tasks as requested by the General Manager and above‑store leadership.
Essential Functions & Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
- Strong hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
Physical Requirements
- Perform tasks from a standing position for extended periods.
- Walk briskly or run during deliveries.
- Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs, rarely up to 50 lbs.
- Navigate five or more flights of stairs and occasionally climb ladders.
- Frequently crouch, bend, and reach when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
