GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Prepare products
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator)
• Make correct monetary change
• Enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make rapid, accurate movements
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Comprehend and give written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders in person and over the phone
