Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Norton Shores, MI area. You will oversee all shift operations, including staff, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations in a fast-paced pizza environment.

You will be working for a fast-paced busy restaurant that is fun and flexible. Not to mention, it is work experience you are going to use for a long time to come. You have had our pizza delivered to you, now help us be the best in pizza delivery. Go on, boss, show us what you've got.

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift in the restaurant.
• This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, and making our delicious food!
• You must set the example.
• You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Handle all products in the restaurant (pork, beef, chicken, mushrooms),
• OPEN and CLOSE the restaurant
• Clean the restaurant

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
