Job summary

Five Guys Enterprises is seeking a restaurant leader with 1+ year of leadership experience to oversee shifts, manage costs, and foster a positive work environment. The role offers a salaried, non-exempt position with possible overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

You will drive guest satisfaction with a strong focus on teamwork and a welcoming service style, supporting the company’s growth as it opens new locations across North America.

• Lead and manage restaurant shifts while controlling costs.
• Drive customer service excellence and team engagement.

Job description

The pay for this position is salaried, non-exempt and starts at $50,000 - $55,000/annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.
