Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
• Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage financial aspects of the store, including cash handling and reporting.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it
• Flexibility to work various shifts and days
• Fluent in English with basic math skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Willingness to learn, especially for those in Tennessee interested in Topshelf Manager Training
