Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will ensure the store stays in top order and that all employees perform duties efficiently, leading by example with integrity.

The role requires an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude, plus the ability to manage a 32–40 hour work week and handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced shop. Benefits include free meals, reliable hours, and PTO.

Qualifications

Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements:

• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
