Jimmy Fresh! is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will play a major role in keeping the store in exceptional order and ensuring staff perform duties properly and efficiently.

Lead by example, implement systems with integrity, and bring an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude to the team every day. The role demands a 40-hour week and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 40 hour work week commitment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
