Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead the team, guide operations, and deliver guest experiences that reflect our service-first culture.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to build skills, coach hourly staff, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while driving performance and growth within a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first leadership mindset with strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Commitment to delivering great guest experiences and upholding Firehouse Subs standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring standards are met.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Develop your people by coaching hourly staff and strengthening performance.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, and following cash control procedures.
