Job summary

Zaxby’s is hiring for a restaurant management role in a fast-paced, fast-casual environment. The position requires a flexible schedule with nights and weekends.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred; the candidate should be hardworking, a team player, and capable of leading a team toward excellent guest service. The role involves managing shift personnel, controlling food costs, scheduling staff, and ensuring cash handling and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly.
• Hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals.
• Ensure that all product quality standards are met.
• Create an environment of quality within the store.
• Lead a team well and coach performance of others.
