Massage Envy Christiana is seeking an assistant manager to lead a caring team and deliver a best-in-class experience for every client. You will coach therapists, estheticians, and front-desk staff while upholding the highest standards in service and wellness.

As a franchise leader, you’ll recruit, mentor, and empower a diverse team, ensuring smooth daily operations, a welcoming atmosphere, and strong performance that keeps members coming back.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Rally a team of professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end client experience.
• Build relationships with massage therapists, estheticians, and service teams to guide and inspire them.
