Massage Envy Christiana is seeking an assistant manager to lead a busy wellness center. You’ll motivate a team of therapists, estheticians, and client specialists while ensuring outstanding guest experiences across services and retail.

You’ll drive schedules, training, and performance to meet business goals, with a focus on growth, service standards, and maintaining a positive, supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail Sales.
• 3+ years of experience in Managing Staff.
• Experience in Customer Service is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and rally a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience every day.
• Build and guide a talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, and front-desk staff.
