Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a talented Retail Sales Management professional to build and lead a team of Sales Associates across our Illinois stores. You will train, coach, and motivate staff, greet customers, and drive tile sales while ensuring excellent customer service and on-brand operations.

This role emphasizes leadership, design sense, and teamwork in a fast-paced, commission-based environment, with a first-year target income of $60,000 to $75,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Weekend availability required.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Work well with others in a fast-paced, commission sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.
