Job summary

Dunkin' in Westborough, Massachusetts is hiring an Assistant Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team. You will help coach crew, ensure smooth service, and uphold Dunkin's standards day after day.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, and possess strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
