Job summary

Holiday Oil in West Point, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and lead a small team. You will supervise staff, handle cash, track sales, and assist with inventory and fuel ordering while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires flexibility to open and close stores any day of the week, strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and a clean driving record. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Open/close stores Sunday–Saturday.
• Customer service oriented and communicative.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Valid Utah driver’s license; clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule
