Tropical Smoothie Cafe in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring Assistant Managers to join our team, full-time and part-time positions available across shifts. You’ll help ensure smooth restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and a positive crew environment.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll lead by example, supervise daily activities, and support the general manager in maintaining standards, safety, and efficiency while delivering excellent hospitality and a fun, energetic Tropitude-inspired

We are looking for full-time and part-time Assistant Managers for all shifts.

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll never be bored.You’ll be responsible for making sure our restaurant runs smoothly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer and ensure customer satisfaction
• Interacts with crew members and customers using ‘Tropitude’ (Tropitude is our “mojo” and means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
• Various other tasks as needed

Previous experience as an assistant manager, store manager, restaurant manager, supervisor or in retail preferred, but not required! Those with experience at Amazon, Living Room Theaters, CMX Cinemas, Stoney Clover Lane, Burger King, West Marine, Citi Trends, Aldo or other restaurant/retail positions encouraged to apply!
