Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at the Waterbury location. This role involves outdoor operations, promoting outstanding guest service, and driving performance with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have management experience, a drive to win, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

• Lead and mentor Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to deliver guest service.
• Oversee daily operations at the car wash site outdoors in all conditions.
