Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a proven leader to manage and grow a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants across its car wash locations in the Hartford area. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

The ideal candidate will inspire a positive, high-energy team culture, coach performance, and drive growth while maintaining Summit Wash’s standards of integrity and hospitality.
