Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and support the General Manager across shifts in our restaurant. You’ll aid with local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willing to start day at 4 am and maintain open availability.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• You're ALL IN' for starting your day bright and early and are ready to begin your workday at 4 am.
• You are ready to maintain open availability to accommodate any changes or variations in the work or location’s schedule.
