Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

1. Support the RGM by running shifts and executing all restaurant administrative duties.
2. Provide leadership in the absence of the RGM to ensure smooth daily operations and standards compliance.
3. Prioritize customer needs above all.
4. Follow cash control and security procedures, manage inventory, labor, review financial reports, grow sales, and take necessary actions.
5. Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
6. Assist with scheduling and facility maintenance.
7. Handle personnel issues when the RGM is unavailable.
8. Interact professionally with HR, accounting, and payroll departments.
9. Must pass a background check and be able to lift 40-50 lbs when necessary.
10. Assist in building a team that provides excellent food and service.
