Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Valley Stream, NY to partner with the store manager on daily retail operations and team development. You will drive merchandising and product launches while striving to exceed sales goals and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You’ll lead a team of sales consultants, participate in training, and work with stakeholders to implement initiatives that improve performance and customer service.

Qualifications

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers earn between $57,000 and $85,600 annual salaries, plus $18,000in commissions if all sales goals are met. An individual's starting salary within this range may depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
