Zaxby's Vestavia Hills is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on-site, supervising cashiers and cooks while ensuring a superior guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will balance labor, monitor inventory, maintain food quality, and drive store performance to meet budgeted goals. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and ready to mentor team members in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications
