Dandy-Mini-Mart in Athens, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and support the Store Manager in a fast, friendly store environment.

You will supervise TEAM Members, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate store operations, scheduling, and training. Requirements include two years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.

Other Info:

Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.

All Assistant Manager candidates must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment
