Zusammenfassung

Center for Disability Services in the Capital Region seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee residence operations and support the people we serve. This role offers growth potential as we promote from within whenever possible and supports staff through supervision and daily coordination.

You will supervise Direct Care staff, ensure staffing ratios, complete performance appraisals, and collaborate with the Program Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centered services in a multi-location setting

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Must have NYS Driver's License in good standing.
• Minimum of one year related experience in developmental disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain injuries or geriatrics.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

We are searching for an Assistant Manager to join our agency. Openings are available at multiple locations throughout the Capital Region. Compensation Range

$19.80 - $20.90
