Northern Blends Smoothie King seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the GM to drive results and develop a high-performing team across Michigan locations. This full-time leadership role emphasizes guest experience, hospitality, and store performance.

You'll train and coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Weekend shifts and flexibility are required to support our championship team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Able to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to drive business results while building a strong team culture and delivering an Unrivaled Guest Experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performance
• Support a culture of hospitality, development, and accountability

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead others
• Comfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reporting
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)
