Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, run shifts, and help ensure operational standards and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes supervising Team Members and Shift Managers, managing inventory and finances, and maintaining a safe and friendly environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit & Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing 80% of shift
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.
