Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will take ownership of duties, assist the team, manage inventory and finances, and ensure safe, friendly service while maintaining a safe workplace for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility


• Basic personal computer literacy


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill


• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
