Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and solving problems. You will guide Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability while serving safe, quality food in a friendly environment.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, 18+, strong math and analytical

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly environment.
• Maintain a safe workplace for both employees and customers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility


• Basic personal computer literacy


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill


• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time


• Background checks are run on all management employees


• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
