Job summary

Burger King in Longwood is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards.

You will mentor crew, oversee inventory, scheduling, and P&L awareness, while delivering fast, friendly service. Flexible evenings/weekends, 1-2 years QSR experience preferred; 18+ with HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with HS Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• 1-2 years quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of P&L and profitability management.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs with regular inspections and accurate truck orders.
• Maintain and monitor restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance.
• Oversee cash control and security procedures to safeguard restaurant assets.
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.
• Coach and provide feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to enhance performance.
• Ensure restaurant operations meet brand standards and speed of service guidelines.
• Step in as Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed to support the team.
