BSBC Zaxby's in Florida seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver great guest experiences. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure adherence to processes, and drive performance across shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring the restaurant delivers great guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. Assistant Managers will manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures and make encore experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements, including:

• Zaxby’s Front of House Development Plan.
• Hands-on station training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Clean and maintain guest areas, including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior.
• Maintain equipment and inform upper management of maintenance needs.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serverware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders.
• Create an environment of quality within your store.
• Other work assigned.

Working Conditions:

• Restaurant environment: work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions.

• Essential job functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
