Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support daily operations, coach shift leaders, and drive a culture of service excellence. You will assist with hiring, training and developing a strong team, while ensuring inventory, forecasting and scheduling align with brand standards.

You will lead by example to maintain food safety, customer satisfaction and a professional image across the store, reporting to the RGM and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Experience in coaching and developing shift leaders and team members.
• Proficient with store tools such as Hutlink, Learning Zone and Pizzapedia.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring, training and building a bench of key leaders and team members.
• Promote positive restaurant culture and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards.
