Job summary

Pizza Hut in Kingsport, TN is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing shift leaders, trainers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will help coach staff, maintain service standards and brand compliance, oversee scheduling, inventory and safety practices, and drive a positive restaurant culture that reflects our Tasty Hut brand values.

Qualifications

• Serv Safe certified or willing to obtain certification
• MSM Courses 7-9
• Lead On! Shift Leader training requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and store systems

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key holding managers and team members
• Promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience while delivering excellent customer service
• Enforce Pizza Hut service standards and brand guidelines
• Assist with oversight of inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes
• Ensure team has tools and knowledge for success and meets health and safety requirements
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results
• Maintain compliance with all brand standards and health regulations
• Support career development and performance management for staff
• Utilize Hut provided training tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia) and ensure material is executed

• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, Building a Bench of Key Holding Managers and Team Members in Restaurant
• Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience (Live Life Unboxed!)
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards
• Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principals
• (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
• Assist RGM with Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes
• Ensure All Team Members Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success
• Develop a Store Team that Has High Customer Satisfaction Results
• Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes on Shifts
• (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
• Assist the RGM with Career Development and Performance Management Process for Restaurant Team (MSM)
• Expert Knowledge and Utilization of Pizza Hut Provided Tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia)
• Executes all Pizza Hut Provided Training Material and Courses, Follows Up with Team Members on Execution
• Compliant with All Laws and Regulations
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment is Provided in Restaurant
• Maintains a Clean, Organized Restaurant That Meets All Health and Safety Regulations
• Brand Steward for Pizza Hut Brand
• Assist RGM with Restaurant Calendar
• Effectively Communicates and Executes Company Initiatives by Managing Performance of Restaurant Team
