Job summary

Panera Bread Hyde Park is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily operations with a strong emphasis on teamwork, training, and customer service. You will work side-by-side with the team across production, dining, and guest service, ensuring quality and associates development.

The role requires a structured leadership style, commitment to coaching, and availability within operating hours (5 AM–11 PM). This is an on-site, full-time position offering growth and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience (restaurant or production-based preferred).
• Strong, structured leadership style.
• Hands-on mentality — you enjoy working alongside your team.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring.
• Open availability within operating hours (5 AM – 11 PM).
• Reliable transportation (valid driver's license & vehicle).
• Positive mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: fully hands-on, work side-by-side with your team on the floor.

What You’ll Do:

Lead From the Front

Our managers arefully hands-on. You’ll workside-by-side with your team in production, prep, dining, baking, and guestservice. We don’t lead from the office — we lead from the floor.

Compensation & Schedule:

• HourlyPaid
• FullTime 40-45 hours a week pending on position
• Operatinghours:5 AM – 11 PM
