Job Summary

Assist the restaurant General Manager in operating a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant to provide guests with a superb experience, maintain a stimulating work environment, and help achieve financial objectives. Responsibilities include Guest Service and Shift Management.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure compliance with food standards, quality, and handling procedures.
  • Oversee dining room, service area, and kitchen procedures during shifts.
  • Train and counsel hourly team members.
  • Provide excellent hospitality and service at all times.
  • Coach team members when necessary.
  • Manage personnel records, schedules, and reports.
  • Maintain administrative and financial records.
  • Assist in daily restaurant operations within budget.
  • Present specials, promotions, and marketing plans according to procedures.
  • Maintain hours of operation and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness standards.
