Pizza Hut Sterling, VA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing shift leaders, trainers and team members for smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. The ARGM will focus on hiring and training, maintaining high service standards, enforcing brand procedures, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

This role requires ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Hutlink, Learning

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required.
• MSM Courses 7-9 completed or in progress.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and store tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist RGM with hiring, training and building a bench of key holding managers and team members.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and enforce brand procedures.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, forecasting and safety compliance on shifts.
• Promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
