Northern Management Group is hiring Assistant Managers to join our growing Dunkin’ locations network. We operate 26 locations and are expanding. Immediate openings available.

As an Assistant Manager you will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise shifts, deliver great customer service, and help drive store performance. Must have fast-food experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant Experience.
• Top Notch Customer Service Skills.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Leadership abilities.
• Friendly role model who can assist the Restaurant Manager.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the store team during shifts.
