Northern Management Group is hiring Assistant Managers to join our growing Dunkin’ locations in Massachusetts. Immediate openings available and opportunities to advance within the company.

As part of the management team, you will support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations of a single store, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service. We offer competitive hourly pay of $18.00 to $19.00, paid training, and a benefits package including medical and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food or quick service restaurants.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and motivate staff.
