Northern Management Group is seeking Assistant Managers to join our growing Dunkin’ franchise network in Natick, MA. Immediate openings with a Fresh Start Bonus of up to $500 in year one.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee daily store operations across one Dunkin’ location, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a motivated team in a fast-paced setting. Franchisee-owned, with opportunities for advancement and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Proven leadership abilities and good communication.
• Must be fluent in English and highly motivated.
• Experience in fast food/quick service operations.
• Skilled in cash handling and basic POS operations.
• Understanding of food safety practices and standards.
