Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for an Assistant Manager to keep the bakery atmosphere upbeat and ensure the sweets stay coming. You will lead a small team, coach staff, and deliver a superior guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers advancement opportunities and a chance to celebrate community with customers daily. Flexibility to cover varied shifts, weekends and holidays is expected as part of a supportive, fun, and growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail or foodservice, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coach others, train new team members and meet productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort learning new technology.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or foodservice environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
