Job summary

Dunkin is seeking an Assistant Manager to direct the overall operation of the restaurant, including hiring and supervising a team that delivers exceptional guest service and managing store performance.

The role emphasizes driving sales through executing the business plan, creating a positive work environment, professional conduct, and leading by example while complying with labor and health laws, upholding Dunkin policies, and maintaining integrity in all actions.
