SONSRI USA Sonic Operating Company in Skiatook, OK seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, people management, and guest experience with the General Manager. You will ensure fast, friendly service and safe operations while coaching a team across shifts.

Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing staff, controlling costs, and upholding Sonic standards to spark moments of delight for customers in a neighborhood setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, QSR highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales)
• Ensure quality food service in a clean, safe environment
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Collaborate with General Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

As a SONIC Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager. You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers have an enjoyable experience every time. Through hiring, training, managing, and developing, you will help your crew spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Qualifications

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
