Uptown Cheapskate is seeking three motivated Assistant Managers to join our fast-paced thrift retail team in Sioux Falls. You’ll support daily store operations, help lead the team, and ensure an excellent in-store experience.

Success in this role requires strong leadership and communication, with the ability to multitask and stay positive in a busy environment. We offer full-time hours, employee discounts, and growth opportunities within a sustainability-focused brand.

Formación

Uptown Cheapskate is growing and we’re looking for three motivated, reliable, and energetic Assistant Managers to join our team! We buy, sell, and trade trendy secondhand clothing and accessories, and we’re seeking leaders who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working with people.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support daily store operations, help lead the team, and ensure customers have a great in-store experience. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
• Help train, coach, and motivate team members
• Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns
• Support buying operations (evaluating and pricing merchandise)
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties

Requirements
