Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Rocky Mount, NC. The role focuses on leading a team, delivering exceptional guest service, and managing financial performance to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities include driving sales, training and coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with labor and health laws while upholding Dunkin brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.

As the day-to-day operator of the store, the Assistant Manager is expected to:
