Job summary

The Dunkin' franchisee is seeking an Assistant Manager to direct the overall operation of the restaurant in Rochester, NY. You will hire and oversee a team delivering guest service while managing store financial performance.

You will drive sales, foster teamwork through training and communication, and model professional conduct with customers, staff, and corporate leadership. Integrity and accountability are core to this role.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.

As the day-to-day operator of the store, the Assistant Manager is expected to:
