Job summary

Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our restaurant smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will support the General Manager, ensure shift operations run efficiently, and contribute to local marketing efforts to hit sales goals.

You’ll also mentor team members, drive training initiatives, and uphold Arby’s standards for service and operations. This role welcomes motivated individuals with a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven customer service excellence.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis with the General Manager.
• Assist with local store marketing to drive sales and profits.
• Support and train team members to improve performance and service quality.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position.

Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
